Credit Report - Aliases

An "Alias", is simply any other name that you are, or have been known by. Any financial information kept in any of these names, is shown on your credit report. The information that credit agencies have about a persons aliases are collected from information provided by lenders, public records and of course, you. Credit agencies will keep records of where the information came from.

If you disgree with any of the information contained on your credit report then contact the three credit agencies and have the information corrected. The three credit agencies are Experian, Equifax and CallCredit.
